Connotation and extension of industrial training is analyzed, and through the practice of teaching resources integrated and tapped vertically, extended and opened laterally, creating an open system of training courses, and probing personnel training mode which integrates together passing on technical knowhow, fostering ability and heightening quality. It is showed that multiple teaching resources have been activated to maximize teaching benefits, Manufacturing Practice Course has been transformed into industrial training. The way of personnel training in the industrial training which is high level, high quality, diversification and creativity has been explored.
