摘要

Cyclic deformation was performed at ambient temperature on the ultrafine grained copper processed by ECA pressing. Observations by means of SEM-ECC technique revealed that pronounced recrystallization occurred within the matrix of ultrafine grain and several distinct dislocation configurations such as dislocation wall and labyrinth structures were found within the recrystallized regions. Sequential SEM-ECC observations were also performed on the recrystallization during cyclic deformation. A model is proposed to account for the evolution of recrystallization, emphasizing that the development of recrystallization results from the interaction between cyclic deformation and growth of recrystallized region.
