The paper introduced the development of the digital switch power supply with low voltage and great current that applied in cathode-protect system as constant voltage instrument. The system included three parts:the main circuit part, the control circuit part and the digital system of AVR single chip. At first the paper introduced the selection's context and the practically sense of the paper. After this, introduced the design course of all the parts of the system in detail.
