摘要

Electrochromic effect is a persistent and reversible change of the optical absorption of the material under a small voltage. Molybdenum oxide thin films were prepared by APCVD using molybdenum hexacarbonyl as precursor. The Raman studies show that films have either monoclinic or orthorhombic structure depending on the process parameters. Electrochromic characteristics were studied with cyclic voltammetric technique. The ions intercalated were Li or H and coloration is observed for all of the films. Films show stabilized current/voltage response with good durability. The electrochromic behavior was studied in dependence on the process parameters (oxygen reactive gas amount and annealing temperature).
