摘要

Our paper aims at showing that the use of psychoanalytical methods can constitute, under specific conditions, an interesting methodological and epistemological perspective in Action Research. Indeed, organizations find themselves at crossroads between conscious projects, fantasies and desires, and attempt to occupy considerable presence in the psychic scope of individuals. The psychoanalytical approach is particularly relevant when modes of exercising power and intervention have been bought into question following organisational change.
