摘要

A highly linear down-converter for direct conversion applications is presented. It uses a broadband 90° phase shifter, and two double balanced mixers with new topology in BiCMOS technology. It operates at wireless network bands located at the surrounding of 0.9GHz and 1.9GHz. The main characteristics obtained are: a high gain, a large dynamic range, and a high linearity.
