摘要

The solution of inverse scattering problem (ISP) for oblique incidence of electromagnetic plane wave on multilayered (ML) structure is presented in the paper. The investigation covers a case, where angular dependence of reflection coefficient is used as initial data. Solution of this problem involves reducing the field equations to Schrodinger's one, applying an inverse scattering approach for accurate permittivity profile determination and approximation of this profile to the multilayered one.
