摘要

Preliminary simulation results based on a new approach allowing for modelling of incoherent and nonparaxial imaging show that the nonparaxially designed Light Sword Optical Element exhibits better lateral imaging resolution and a relatively more uniform quality across the whole range of the imaging space than any other elements with extended depth of focus of the same parameters known to date.
