摘要

We isolated bacteria from more polluted sites where concentration of oil hydrocarbons might be higher. Thus, bacteria were isolated that possess high and constant oil-oxidizing activity. The influence of source of nitrogen, temperature and pH was determined on destruction of oil hydrocarbons by microorganisms. The character of petroleum destruction under cultivation of selected cultures was also studying. Preliminary identification of active cultures and strains to gender and , partially, to has been done. Most of naphthalene oxidizing strains lost the activity very quickly. It was necessary to select conditions for successful growth.
