摘要

The main function of equipment signage system that makes it different from other general signage system or equipment sign is to provide the synthetical information of the equipment for the user and operator and supervisor in the equipment room of urban rail transportation specifically. Establishment of the signage system not only relate to information transfer through out the following process: preplanning of the equipment purchase, equipment design, install, debug, use and maintenance, but also to the information communicate and update among the equipment provider, installer, ad-agency, design department, and planning department and so on. This paper make use of the information characteristic during signage system management process, and carry out design and optimization of the manage flow in equipment signage system base on whiplash effect, system engineering and man-machine engineering and other related theory, expecting that gradual management be superseded by flow reorganize management, and fixed circle management be changed into dynamics durative amelioration with adaptive cycle, consequently, greatly reveal the innovation of the design of management flow in equipment signage system, and provide the basis guarantee for standardization and institutionalization of the equipment management.
