Base on the comparison of spare parts by their variety coding, material coding and installation position of installation coding, the definiens, use and purpose of spare parts coding are elucidated. In this dissertation, the principle of spare part Yinxing-code is introduced and Yinxingcode actually solves exceptive actual spare parts code with base the technology of spare parts Yinxing-code.
