摘要

Total efficiency maintenance used in Nanjing metro is totally a new vehicle maintenance mode, effect of its application should be impersonally evaluated using scientific theory and method rather than subjective judgments in order to provide the basis for choosing the ameliorative process. Briefly introduce theory of value engineering, combined with the actual condition in Nanjing metro, this paper select a series of valuation indicators according to the following five functions object: Man, Material, Machine, System, Environment, and establish a comprehensive evaluation system base on AHP. With the collected data, one can determine the weight of each evaluation indicator, and also obtain the function coefficient and cost coefficient for each evaluation indicator, thus realized the value evaluation towards total efficiency maintenance. The evaluate result shows that the function and cost of total efficiency maintenance is of a good match; reflect the application of this vehicle maintenance mode is practical and economical. In addition, the result also indicate the weak points during the process, thus, provide some suggestions aim at ameliorate the application effect in the end.
