摘要

This article mainly discusses smart damper on suspension system in armored vehicle. Magnetorheological fluid (MRP) is a kind of important smart material. As a controllable fluid, the primary advantage of MRP is the large controlled yield stress. It is able to achieve which allows for smaller sized devices and higher dynamic range. From a practical application perspective, note that MRP devices can be powered directly from common low voltage sources. It can be reliably used, even in mechanically aggressive and dirty environments. A review has also been made about developing MR damper. And finally the control routes are given for semi-active vibration control.
