An Ultra-low noise microprocessor-based measurement circuit is described in this paper. The system controlled by a microcomputer has been specifically designed for performing low-frequency noise measurements on interconnect lines of an integrated circuit. A specifically designed ultra-low noise preamplifier has been realized. Then power spectral density of the equivalent input voltage noise was 1,2,6 nV/(Hz)~(1/2) at 1,0.1 and 0.01Hz.
