Laser Diode (LD) has its unique characteristic and covers more and more applied fields such as measurement and optical communication. There are many factors to cause optical frequency fluctuation which affects the measuring precision. In order to stabilize the optical frequency of LD, it is very important to sense, collect and detect the optical frequency fluctuation signal of LD. The Michelson interference apparatus is chosen as the laboratorial device and a Position sensitive device (PSD) is a idea detector which detects the displacement of the interference stripe in LD interference field so as to measure the relative value of optical frequency fluctuation.
