摘要

Horizontal deviation of band-materials is very usual in its moving, thus, it's very important to detect and treat the deviation. In the paper, a new method is developed. Which is first, to detect the two edge situations of the band materials simultaneously by two pairs of electro-photo sensors; second, to transform the information into angles which is used to show the deviational degree, and at last, to treat data with a microcomputer and to output the signals to control the step-motor so as to correct the deviation.
