摘要

Two kinds of solid waste, municipal sewage sludge and coal gangue were used as main raw materials to investigate the production process of ceramisite. The results showed that the ceramisite made by sewage sludge and coal gangue could satisfy every performance requirements of light weight aggregate. The strength of samples increased with roasting temperature within the temperature range of study. Comparing the effect of the ratio of coal to sludge on the properties of ceramisite, there would be a decrease in strength of ceramisite when the sewage sludge was blended more than 30%. In practical application, the optimum ratio of sewage sludge was 30%.
