This paper considers supplier selection in high-tech industry where high-tech products are short-life cycle. Supposing manufacturer faces multiple suppliers and high-tech product demand from market is exogenous, we analyze the manufacturer's procurement policy considering all-unit quantity discount policy. Since computing for supplier selection is very complex and even impossible and a heuristic algorithm Genetic Algorithm is introduced to solve the problem. Some results are achieved.
