E-commerce environment can reduce the information asymmetry between sellers, which may result in intensified competitions, tacited cooperations. This article analyses the signal of the price of Joyo.com and Dangdang.com, points out the tacit cooperations more favorable to each other of cooperation, both sides have obtained the enormous advertising effects with the aid of the price war, and they simultaneously can deter new competitor from entering online market.
