Through analysis of the strcuctural function of "Paradigm" on informatics, the author points out necessity and urgent for the construction of "middle-level theory" on informatics and further proved that the construction of the theory should be needed specilized sociology theory to knowledge material by the mean of the concrete practice, form the methods of introduction,conformity to derivation for the sake of accomplishing it.
