摘要

The fiber element model is used in OpenSees to analyze the strengthened concrete framework structures for earthquake-resistant behaviors. The OpenSees has been developed as an open-source, object oriented software framework for structural and geotechnical simulation applications in earthquake engineering using finite element methods. The analysis results are compared with the experiment results. It has been found out that fiber element model in OpenSees can capture the bearing capacity and seismic performance of the components and structures retrofitted with CFRP effectively.
