The effect of steel fiber (SF), polyacrylonitrile fiber (PF) and steel-polyacrylonitrile hybrid fibers (S-P hybrid fibers) on the long-term behaviors and durability of sleeper high-strength concrete (SHSC) were investigated based on contrast experimental method. The experimental results have indicated that steel fiber and polyacrylonitrile fiber can improve the long-term behaviors and durability of the sleeper high-strength concrete. Especially when added the steel-polyacrylonitrile hybrid fibers, those can be improved markedly. And the shrinkage of 90d, the creep gradient of 200d, the relative coefficient of permeability and the coefficient of chloride penetration of the specimens with 0.6% of the hybrid fibers by volume can be decreased by 36.6%, 45.4%, 79.03% and 30.5% respectively, compared to the control concrete without fiber.
