1. This animal model is different from other models; it is an efficient and stable model for lung cancer research. We can design all sorts of experiment. 2. As we know, lung is a forbidden zone of ultrasound. This subject is to prove the possibility thus widening the therapy area of HIFU. 3. This subject is planning to therapy lung cancer, it can be a new mean such as microwave, TV thoracic cavity telescope etc. 4. Dealing with the unablatable tumor by HIU, we can improve the living quality and make the patient live longer.
