摘要

Extracorporeal HIFU in treatment of malignant bone tumor in extremities is a novel, noninvasive, safe and effective technique. It' s advantage are keeping the shape and continuity of the tumor bearing bone, not demanding surgical procedure, not damaging main vessels close to tumors, repeating treatment easily and benefiting for keeping the dose intensity of chemotherapy. However, further study should be conducted on the modification and assessment of this technique.
