Firstly, the samples were carefully comminuted into single sands and the 100g of them with 0.1mm to 0.25mm in grain size were screened to be cleaned using organic solvent, hydrochloric acid, oxidizing agent and distilled water for removing the clay cement and adsorbed organic matter on the mineral surface.Secondly, the clean mineral grains were grinded and the organic matter in conclusions in the enclosed minute pores of reservoir rock was extracted using chloroform. Finally, the organic matter was separated by column chromatograph into saturated hydrocarbons, aromatic hydrocarbons and non-hydrocarbons. The saturated hydrocarbons were analyzed by GC and GC-MS, through which the important information of hydrocarbons in the inclusions was obtained.
