摘要

The dynamic assessment approach of general water resources and use efficiency is suggested. It proposes formulas to compute various components of general water resources by u-sing WEP-L, a distributed hydrological model, and to distinguish the use efficiency of every component according to whether it plays key functions during cycling processes. Continuous simulations of 45 years (1956-2000) in the variable time steps from 1 hour to 1 day are performed in the Yellow River Basin, and assessment results under present condition of land cover and water use are compared with those under the condition of land cover and water use in 1985. The study results reveal that: (1) the special water resources reduced, but the general water resources increased accompanied with increase of the precipitation directly utilized by ecosystem in the basin; and (2) the high-efficiently utilized rainfalls increased much more than the decreased runoffs-typed special water resources.
