FONNF Model and its Application to Medium and Long-term Runoff Forecast

Medium and long-term runoff forecast is the key issue, since its significance to water resources although it is complex and difficult to study. Based on the fuzzy neural networks model, fuzzy optimization neural network forecast (FONNF) model is developed, integrated the correlation analysis between forecast factors and object. The FONNF model is applied to annual runoff forecast of Huanren reservoir, Liaoning province. The results show that the FONNF model can solve the intricate correlation problem better of medium and long-term runoff forecast, compared with the nearest neighbor bootstrapping regressive model. Analyses on annual runoff forecast are also present.
