Local structures around Te atom in the three TeO_2-ZnO glasses have been studied by XAFS analysis. The Te-O interatomic distances of three TeO_2-ZnO glasses are fitted to that found in crystalline Zn_2Te_3O_8. The structures of the corresponding glasses consist of four coordinated polyhedra or the combination of the four coordinated and deformed 3+1 polyhedra.The local structures of those three TeO_2-ZnO glasses are basically similar in short range order to the configuration of crystalline Zn_2Te_3O_8.
