摘要

This paper has made a comprehensive anlaysis in technical essentials derived from the 8-year pracitical artificial breeding of Siniperca chuatsi fry in the Poyang Lake area. It is recommended that the optimum estualizing temperature should be stably in excess of 24degC, and the most optimum propagation temperature should be 26degC to 29degC. LRH-A_2 is the best estualizing agent. If it properly matched with HCG and DOW, the estualizing ffect will be much better. The first week from getting out of membrane to the first bait intake is critical of the survival rate, while the timely preparation of palatable bait to the first intake for young fish is the key of key. The fry brededing in the flating boxes on a small scale would facilitate the equal intake of bait among young fish. Keeping water clean and strict prevention from harmfuness of parasitic diseases are also important to an increase of survival rate.
