摘要

The role that existing information played in decision making comes to be known by more and more people. THanks to the wide use and development of computer technology, variors kinds of data bases came into existence, Because the direct operation requires a very high capability, it is very difficult to operate for the noncomputer major decision making staff, particularly the epartment managers. Furthermore, the expression method of database is far less direct and clear than maps or graphs. Somehow, the map which used to signal the civilization of human being noe begins to lag behind the economic development. How to combine perfectly the database and map to serve the management and decision-making falls into the cate-gory of hot cakes of applied research.
