摘要

A completely new mathematical model to obtain pump's twisted blade is established in this paper, which is based on the rationale of conformal transformation. In this model, PDE (Partial Differential Equation) numerical grid generation techniques of the CFD pre-process method is used to obtain the meridian streamlines, then both meridian streamline and the developed space streamline are described in the form of parametrical curves, at last, the topological mapping from meridian streamline and the developed space streamline is derived, which can be the mathematical foundation for the CAD design of pump's blade. By using the presented method, the 3D geometrical modeling of blade can be realized, which satisfies the demands of CAD/CAE/CAM integration in modern design.
