摘要

Information sharing happens most often between core company and business partners. Information sharing with suppliers is a typical business practice. All participants in an extended supply chain system can gain competitive advantage, optimizing performance and profits. Therefore, each company should encourage information sharing because one partner's actions influence many others'. Information sharing is significant in the supply chain performance promotion, while there is less competitive advantage in the market share. In this paper, the static multi―task principal―agent model is generalized into a dynamic one, considering the reciprocity in the system among partners , applying it to explore the incentive on supply activity and information sharing from the core company in the supply chain to its partners, and trying to illustrate the gradual promotion of partnership in the supply chain. As a result the information sharing management practices must continuously evolve to deliver faster, more efficient solution at lower costs. The conclusion shows that the marginal substitution rates of suppliers' effort cost is vital to encourage of information sharing and supply activity.
