摘要

Impurity diffusion coefficients on Y- and Cr-sublattice in a perovskite-type oxide, YCrO_3 were determined along with the electrical conductivity as a function of oxygen partial pressure in the range of 10~(-2)≤ Po_2/atm≤ 1 at elevated temperatures of 1000 ≤ T/℃ ≤ 1200 by using La and Mn as an impurity on Y and Cr site, respectively. The impurity diffusivity, D_(La) and D_(Mn) was between 10~(-18) and 10~(-16)cm~2/sec. Both D_(La) and D_(Mn) are comparable in magnitude, and show a similar Po_2 dependence. Defect structure on cationic sublattice of YCrO_3 was discussed with the dependence of the electrical conductivity and impurity diffusivity on Po_2.
