摘要

Fullerenes and phthalocyanine derivatives such as subphthalocyanines are well-known for being efficient building blocks in the field of materials science. The combination of the electron donor characteristics of subphthalocyanines with the electron accepting properties of follerenes may lead to effective photoinduced charge separation between the two moieties. In this communication, the latest improvement in the synthesis of subphthalocyanines, their incorporation into fullerene dyads and the photo- and electro-chemical properties of the latest are reviewed.
