As the consumer-oriented pull-mode market has come into being, the key problem of Supply Chain Management has focused from cost controlling to the satisfaction of the customers' demand. This paper puts the theory of Customer Relationship Management into Supply Chain Management, in the direction of realizing customer value. It provides a kind of new idea of supply chain based on customer value and shows several problems that our enterprises should notice in the process of building and applying Supply Chain Management.
