摘要

We summarize some features of the vector meson dominance model which was recently proposed for studying radiative decays involving the scalar mesons. Using the experimental values of Γ(a_0 → γ γ), Γ(f_0 → γ γ) and Γ(φ → a_0 γ) as inputs, we show that the model predicts a large hierarchy between Γ(a_0 → ω γ) and Γ(a_0 → ρ γ) as well as between Γ(f_0 → ω γ) and Γ(f_0 → ρ γ).
