摘要

High-sintering (Nb,Co)-doped BaTiO_3 system exhibits both high dielectric constant and flat K-T characteristics. In this paper, uncalcined barium titanate ultrafine powder was employed, Bi_2O_3 and rare-earth oxides were doped besides (Nb,Co) oxides to lower sintering temperature. Temperature-stable dielectric materials fitting the X7R specification were found, with dielectric constant at 25℃ greater than 3000. Microstructure observations manifested that both fine grain size and structural inhomogenity act as factors helping to form flat K-T characteristics.
