摘要

Two sorts of the new Si-C-M-O(M=Zr, Al) fibers were developed. These fibers showed remarkable thermal stability, compared to the conventional Tyranno Lox M and E fibers. The low-Al sintered SA (Si-C-Al) fiber exhibited excellent oxidation and hot corrosion resistance in addition to the highest creep behavior among the SiC fibers. But such property lowered the flexibility of the Si-C-Al fibers and made it difficult to weave the 3-D woven fabrics. Thus the hybrid fabrics by the combination of both the fibers have been developed. The crystallized BN as an interface was deposited on the fibers without significant fibers damages and the composites indicated excellent oxidative stability.
