摘要

In this paper, the dispersion of chopped short fibers was studied especially. Mixing of ethylene glycol and aqueous solution of polyvinyl alcohol prepared the initial solution. Ultrasonic, ball milling, and stirring were selected respectively to disperse chopped fibers and matrix powder. It has been shown that stirring gives the best homogeneity of dispersion for short fibers among three methods.
