摘要

Triaxially braid C/SiC composites were prepared by the combined of CVI+PIP. The composites had demonstrated an effective structure, which was constructed with 3-dimensional carbon fiber fabric coated with carbon layer as an interface, dense CVI-deposited SiC as inside matrix, and noncrystalline PIP-mfiltrated SiC as outside matrix. High mechanical properties can be achieved in the composite.
