摘要

The third generation mobile systems (UMTS and IMT 2000) are going to operate in all radio environments., using the limited available spectrum bandwidth and will provide high wideband and quality services. In this paper, an hybrid technique for channel allocation that shows better performance than fixed chennel allocation technique is present. Additionally, it presents reduced system complexity than a dynamic channel allocation technique. The proposed technique makes an efficient use of the available frequencies.
