摘要

In order to solve the problem of low efficiency of single-state on-line detection of high voltage switchgear in the past, an on-line monitoring system based on Modbus mode is designed for the monitoring of the comprehensive state including insulation, mechanism and thermal. The system is composed of coil current sensors, temperature sensors, TEV sensors, ultrasonic sensors, data acquisition system, slave computer and host computer. The Modbus mode adopts a one-master and multi-slave control mode, which allows the realtime control of the host computer on multiple sensors of the multi-face high voltage switchgears. In addition, three system control strategies are designed to ensure the high efficiency and reliability of the monitoring system. Finally, the system is proved to be effective by field testing.
