Primary researches on N, P, K deficient tolerance of Dongxiang wild rice using Dongtang and Dongtangxice two populations as materials with soil culture were conducted. The results were as follows: the two populations Dongtang and Dongtangxice had a certain extent of P - deficiency and K - deficiency tole-ran ce through the contrast of P - deficiency and K - deficiency to P - normal and K -normal by synthetically analysis of stem weights, sheath weights, leaf weights, root weights, panicle weights, total yield, plant height, flag leaf length, panicles per plant, panicle length, 100-grains weights, grains per panicle, seed-setting density 13 indexes, while 10 indexes of N - deficiency were near those of N - normal, as demonstrating Dongxiang wild rice had no N - deficiency tolerance characteristics.
