摘要

In this paper, research results of high-voltage pulsed electric fields sterilization for milk were presented. It did many orthogonal multinomial regressive experiments with multi-factors and multi-levels. The study found out regression equation mathematic model between important sterilization parameters of field strengths(X1) and treatment time (X2). The sterilization ratio was improved with the enhancement of strengths and treatment time. The law of two parameters effecting on sterilization ratio was not same. The tribute ratio of field strengths was higher than treatment times 's. This research results provided a basis for optimizing design of apparatus for high-voltage pulsed generator.
