摘要

For measuring soil moisture of different layers, a tube access soil moisture based on standing wave ratio (SWR) theory has been designed. This paper introduced the working principle and the probe structure of soil moisture sensor. By experimental research in field, the soil moisture measured by SWR-4 tube access soil moisture sensor was compared with that determined by standard oven drying method. The experiment result shows that the tube access soil moisture sensor has good repeatability,good correlation with gravimetric value and high accuracy. Through real time monitoring in the field, it shows that the measurement results accord with liquid movement law.
