In this work, we performed a cross-study of PSO ac-celerations in the resource minimization MEC problem.We found that high values (above 8) lead to particlesnding better results faster since in this problem theoptimal points are hard to nd in wide areas with in-creasing utility, meaning exploitation and high particlecooperation (over random search) is the best approach.Part of the work was done by Research and De-velopment on Intellectualization of ICT Systems basedon Disaster Prevention and Reduction', the Commis-sioned Research of National Institute of Informationand Communications Technology (NICT), Japan.
