摘要

To hold the developing trend of the virtual reality technology,and reflect major nations’ advances and influences on the state of the art,articles indexed by SCI-EXPANDED from 1997-2009 were studied by using of bibliometric analysis. The only keyword is virtual reality,and 2921 articles were analyzed. Some results had been presented in this paper. First,the amount of papers about virtual reality in the world is steady growth within the last decade,and the papers contributed by China is significant in recent years; second,the computer science and medicine are the main subject areas of virtual reality; the last one is that the citation peak period by year is 3-4 years after the paper was published.
机译：为了适应虚拟现实技术的发展趋势，并反映主要国家的进步和对当前技术水平的影响，利用文献计量分析方法对1997-2009年SCI-EXPANDED收录的文章进行了研究。唯一的关键词是虚拟现实，分析了2921篇文章。本文已经提出了一些结果。首先，在过去的十年中，世界上有关虚拟现实的论文数量一直在稳定增长，而近年来中国的论文数量却是可观的。其次，计算机科学和医学是虚拟现实的主要学科领域。最后一个是引文的逐年高峰期是论文发表后的3-4年。
