摘要

Based on theories of spin-off,knowledge flow,value chain and network organization,the evolution of real estate consulting industry in Shenzhen are analyzed horizontally and vertically from an inter organizational relationship perspective.Horizontally,within the range of real estate consulting industry,aimed at spin-offs and subsidiaries of Hong Kong companies,the evolution of consulting industry including the cause of spin-off,types of spin-off,knowledge flow between the parent and spin-off,between Hong Kong parent and subsidiary is elaborated.Vertically,within the whole real estate industry,the relationships between the real estate consulting company and the other cooperative companies (mainly the real estate development company) in the industry chain are discussed.The evolution of the real estate consulting industry,including the upgrade in the industry value chain,the emergence of network organization,and two-stage evolution model of real estate consulting industry are analyzed.
