摘要

In project construction, the problem of safety is a very important factor. The problems of safety caused by many reasons, this article collects construction accidents of Harbin in the past five years, and on this basis we uses SPSS statistical software to do principal component analysis and cluster analysis with them, finding the main reasons of causing construction safety problem. Then we use the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to analyze the relation between construction safety and the main reasons of safety, so the importance of every main reason for construction safety can be discovered. Finally we can achieve the aim of construction safety control by preventing the main reasons which cause accidents with difference.
