摘要

The evolution of management and competition approach develops quickly within the real estate industry. It is gradually making the process of chain-integrated model, which is also called real estate supply chain (RESC). This paper proposed the definition of real estate supply chain and its management using the traditional supply chain management (SCM) theory for reference. Then it analyzed the characteristics of real estate supply chain and the approach to identifying it. The configurations of real estate supply chain of different time during the development of China real estate industry were mapped out and its evolution impact on functional areas and work roles was identified. The evolution mechanism was analyzed through market environment and competition approach perspectives. Finally the paper proposed the method to enhance the competitive advantage for developers through designing an efficient real estate supply. These ideas and approaches put forward will be beneficial for improving the whole real estate development standard.
